About Heirloomly
A Place for Every Paper, a Story Worth Keeping
We exist to help Bangkok families bring gentle order to the documents and memories that matter most.
Back to HomeOur Story
Founded on a Simple Observation
Heirloomly came about after founder Nattaporn Chaiyarat spent several months helping her own family locate documents following her grandfather's passing. Boxes of papers, loose photographs, handwritten notes and unsorted folders — all meaningful, but none of it findable when it mattered most.
The experience was common, she discovered. Many Bangkok families held decades of personal records in no particular order — not from neglect, but simply because no one had ever sat down to arrange things properly. Nattaporn trained in administrative organisation and personal archiving, then established Heirloomly in 2019 to offer exactly that kind of careful, unhurried help.
Since then, we have worked alongside families across Samphanthawong, Silom, Sukhumvit and beyond — helping them sort papers, record stories and preserve keepsakes in a way that future generations can actually use.
Our Mission
Tidy Records, Remembered Lives
Our mission is to make it straightforward for any family to keep their personal papers in order and their memories accessible. We believe that important documents should be findable, that family stories deserve a proper home, and that the process of organising them should feel calm rather than overwhelming.
Everything we do stays strictly within the scope of administrative organisation and personal archiving. We do not advise on legal, financial or professional matters. We bring structure, labels, care and time — and we leave families with systems they can maintain themselves.

How We Work
Our Standards of Practice
Every engagement follows a clear set of practices that protect your family's privacy, maintain the integrity of your materials and ensure a consistent quality of work.
Strict Confidentiality
All client information, documents and personal items are handled with full discretion. Nothing is shared, photographed for personal use or discussed outside the engagement.
Scope Transparency
We clearly explain what we do and do not do before any work begins. If a family's needs fall outside our organisational scope, we say so clearly and do not proceed.
Client-Controlled Storage
Digital backups and archived files are stored only on storage media or cloud accounts that belong to the client. We retain no copies once a project is complete.
Clear Project Briefs
Before beginning any service, we prepare a simple written brief outlining the scope, expected timeline and deliverables — so there are no surprises on either side.
Careful Handling of Materials
Physical documents, photographs and heirlooms are handled with clean hands and appropriate care. Fragile or aged items are treated with additional precaution.
Open Communication
We keep families informed at each stage and welcome questions throughout. If something needs to change mid-project, we discuss it openly before proceeding.
Our Values
What Shapes the Way We Work
Families in Bangkok — particularly those navigating estate administration or the passing of older relatives — often find themselves surrounded by years of accumulated papers with no clear system. The documents are there. The photographs exist. The heirlooms are in boxes. But finding the right item at the right moment is another matter entirely.
At Heirloomly, we have made it our work to change that. Each service we offer — from paper organisation to storytelling sessions to full heirloom archiving — is built around a single principle: every family's records deserve a clear, lasting home that anyone in the family can navigate.
We draw on knowledge of personal archiving methods, document management practices and the particular cultural importance that family records carry in Thai households. We bring that understanding into every project, adapting our approach to the specific shape and needs of each family we work with.
We do not offer legal, financial or professional advisory services of any kind. Our work remains firmly within the administrative and archival domain. We believe that being honest about what we do — and what we do not do — is itself a form of respect for the families who trust us with their most personal materials.
